Brother Scotty’s Triple IPA Beer Release

Get ready because it’s TRIPLE SEASON! This year, we are kicking it off with our award-winning Brother Scotty’s Imperial IPA, clocking in at a cool 11% in a brand new format…16 oz cans!
When Thorn North Park’s first head brewer, Scotty Kaplan, retired his boots to pursue his surfboard shaping career, we wanted to make a beer in his honor. Brewed every February, this huge triple IPA is the defending champ of the preeminent IIIPA competition held here in San Diego.
Flavor Profile: An exceedingly drinkable 11% IPA. Not too boozy, not too sweet, flavors of citrus, pine and mango work together to create an impressively balanced triple IPA.
Hops: Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo, Centennial
RELEASE DAY: Friday, February 5th at Thorn Barrio Logan at 12 pm and Thorn North Park at 2 pm.
