Father Larry’s Beer Release at Barrio Logan – SDBW2020

Father Larry’s IIPA is brewed in honor of Larry Koger, co-owner of West Coast BBQ, man of the cloth, and craft beer superfan. Larry passed away in 2016 and was always a huge supporter of Thorn so every year we brew this beer to celebrate his life and the impact he had on the San Diego craft beer community.
This IIPA’s bright aroma of citrus zest and tropical fruits are backed by a synergy of deep, intense flavors of tangerine, grapefruit, mango, and guava with some pine and coriander notes on the back end.
8.1% ABV – Hops – Chinook, Simcoe, Citra, Amarillo
We will be releasing this beer in Thorn tasting rooms on Sunday, November 8th at 12 pm and for delivery starting Monday, 11/9
