DESCRIPTION:We had such a great time with Carnitas’ Snack Shack at our last event here at Thorn Brewing in Barrio Logan\, we couldn’t wait to do it again! This time Chef Hanis Cavin is breaking out his BBQ and going to serve up plates of his famous roasted pork shoulder! \nRoasted Pork Shoulder (choice of taco or sandwich) \nSANDWICH OPTION: artisan hamburger buns with choice of bbq sauce/beer mustard/chimichurri\nTACO OPTION: tortillas\, guacamole\, pico de gallo \nEach plate comes with charred pepper slaw and SHK corn and pork belly salad…yum! \nTickets are only $12 per plate (plus Eventbrite fees) and beer is sold separately. You can come at any time during the 12-4 pm event and get your food with your ticket.
