DESCRIPTION:Join us on Sunday\, April 15th at 1 pm for a beer and food pairing that will really toast your buns! We are partnering with Barrio Dogg here in Barrio Logan for a 4×4 pairing of the most delicious dogs you’ll find\, paired with hand (or is it mouth?) selected Thorn beers. If you’ve been to Barrio Dogg then you know they have the most creative dogs out there and they are pulling out all the stops for this pairing. \nPlease get here at the beginning of the event. We are serving the dogs/beers in courses and it will be hard for them to go back to previous courses if you arrive late. Thank you! \n$24 for 4 Pups (a little smaller than the regular dogs so you can try all the different kinds) served with Mexican Street Corn and 4 five-oz beers \nHere’s a peek at the menu (subject to change): \n1. El Xolito – All beef dog\, artisan roll\, mayo\, mustard\, ketchup\, red onion\, Roma tomatoes\, jalapeno\, cilantro\, crunchy garlic\, grilled onions\, cheddar cheese\, drizzles of sour cream\, salsa verde and sriracha aioli – paired with Barrio Baja-Style Lager \n2. El Samurai – Angus dog drizzled with hoisin BBQ\, topped with pickled jicama\, cucumber & carrots\, sriracha splash with jalapeno & cilantro\, finished with crispy garlic and wasabi sesame seeds – paired with Hopster Pot Hazy IPA \n3. El Capone – Chicago style – Angus beef in an artisan Sonora roll\, stone ground mustard\, dill relish\, fresh Roma tomato slices\, pickle spear\, sport peppers and red onion. Dusted with celery salt and poppy seeds – paired with First Date Table Beer \n4.
