This year\, we are kicking it off with our award-winning Brother Scotty’s Imperial IPA\, clocking in at a cool 11% in a brand new format…16 oz cans!  \n\n\n\nWhen Thorn North Park’s first head brewer\, Scotty Kaplan\, retired his boots to pursue his surfboard shaping career\, we wanted to make a beer in his honor. Brewed every February\, this huge triple IPA is the defending champ of the preeminent IIIPA competition held here in San Diego. \n\n\n\nFlavor Profile: An exceedingly drinkable 11% IPA.
