DESCRIPTION:Join us to celebrate the release of Pine Hollows IPA\, the newest beer in our Essential IPA series on Friday\, December 8th from 5:30-7:30 PM! \n\n\n\nFirst brewed in 2018\, this collaboration with Burgeon Beer Co. quickly became a fan favorite. We decided to run it back this year while also enlisting a local non-profit\, Tree San Diego\, to host a party and fundraiser that embraces both breweries’ ethos and focuses on sustainability and being good humans to our planet. \n\n\n\nTree San Diego will be here on the 8th with some saplings to give away and you can learn more info about how you can help their cause. We will also have food by Josue Cooks from 4-8 pm so come for delicious food and cold\, craft beer! \n\n\n\nAbout the beer:Pine Hollows – West Coast IPA – 7% \n\n\n\nRobust notes of grapefruit\, guava\, and apricot emanate from the generous use of this hop blend before finishing balanced and dry with the distinct aroma of a pine forest. \n\n\n\nHops: Mosaic\, Chinook\, Idaho 7
