Dry Irish Stout - 6.0% ABV
In collaboration with local confectioners, Chuao Chocolatiers, we embarked on a journey to reimagine their innovative and delectable chocolate bars as beer.
Caramel and roasted coffee notes from the British specialty malts blend harmoniously with a rich chocolate flavor from the liberal use of raw dark cacao nibs. A slight warming follows from the pasilla peppers and Cayenne pepper along with hints of cinnamon.
Low & Be Told
Hazy Double India Pale Ale - 8.1% ABV
Low and be Told is an epic hazy in tribute to legendary North Park Bartender Doug Thompson and named after his San Diego band. Delicious and punk as fuck.
Beautifully strong yet balanced, this juicy IPA packs a real punch for the hopheads. Aromas and flavors of orange, peach, and mangos linger on the tongue with this medium bodied, low bitter IPA.
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, Ekuanot
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout in Bourbon Barrels - 12.3% ABV
We lovingly aged our favorite imperial stout in Heaven Hills bourbon barrels for one year and then blended it with Mexican cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla beans, and cacao for an experience that is out of this galaxy. Enjoy it on the event horizon of your life.
Flavor Profile: Flavors of dark chocolate, coffee, caramelized fruit (figs, plums, and cherries), cinnamon, and vanilla with hints of bourbon coming through in the end.
Dickel Pickleback Ralph
Barrel-Aged Pickel Sour in Dickel Rye Barrels - 7.0% ABV
My grandfather had a name for people who chased their whiskey with pickle brine…Economizers. Throwing this idea on its head, we dumped our Pickle Ralph into rye whiskey barrels and pulled every last drop of booze from the wood and into your mouth (it sure beats the shit out of licking the wood). The result is this Imperial gose with cucumber, sea salt, peppercorns, and Sorachi Ace hops with a rye whiskey kick.
Flavor Profile: Deep gold in color. Tart and briny cucumber flavors up front with a spicy peppery bite, and finishing with subtle dill from the use of Sorachi Ace hops.
Barrel-Aged Fruited Sour Ale in Bourbon Barrels - 6.8% ABV
Blackberries are a type of caneberry…surprised you didn’t know that. As berry enthusiasts, we are leading the charge in replacing the word ‘bramble’ with ‘caneberry.’ Because bramble reminds people of the painful bramble patch that Brier Rabbit was thrown into, there is a worldwide movement to replace it with caneberry. In its honor, we give you a sour ale with blackberries, aged two years in bourbon barrels.
Flavor Profile: Flavors of tart cherry and blackberry balanced with a sour, dry finish.
IIPA - 8.1% ABV
Father Larry’s IIPA is brewed in honor of Larry Koger, co-owner of West Coast BBQ, man of the cloth and craft beer superfan. Larry passed away in 2016 and was always a huge supporter of Thorn so every year we brew this beer to celebrate his life and the impact he had on the San Diego craft beer community.
Flavor Profile: Bright aroma of citrus zest and tropical fruits are backed by a synergy of deep, intense flavors of tangerine, grapefruit, mango, and guava with some pine and corriander notes on the back end.
Oyster Stout - 7.7% ABV
A dry Irish stout with oysters in the boil, Stand Off is incredibly dark with roasted and chocolate malt flavors up front, low hop bitterness and finishes with flavors of the sea; salt and umami.
Hard Ginger Beer - 5.0% ABV
Black Paw Hard Ginger Beer is an alcoholic ginger beer with a kick. We use natural ingredients to pack a pronounced, zesty bite of ginger, undercutting its featured sweetness with the tart acidity of lime.
Hazy IIPA - 8.0% ABV
With double the hops and double the malts, Couch Bound DIPA is best savored on your couch at home since you aren’t supposed to be going anywhere anyway right now.
Flavor Profile: Huge juicy notes of tangerine, mango, and pink guava with subtle undertones of lemon zest and black pepper.
Fruited Hazy India Pale Ale - 7.0% ABV
This 7% fruited, hazy IPA is bursting with notes of passion fruit, pineapple, papaya, citrus, and guava. This charmingly pink IPA is incredibly fragrant and delightfully refreshing.
Pale Ale - 6.0% ABV
Wedding Bliss Pale Ale (6% ABV) is the celebration of two amazing people, Joe Lisica of Brothers Cascadia and his fiancé, Katie Ostler, bringing you the lovely marriage of hops and malts in this bright pale ale. They selected some of their favorite aromatic hops to bring notes of passionfruit, guava, grapefruit, and lycée. Then, a generous amount of Maris Otter malts were used as the foundation of this union.

Hoppy Lager - 6.5% ABV
Ages ago, not far from here, Clayton, Nate, and Doug brewed for a nautical themed brewery in San Diego… but that’s another story. Nate and Clayton manifested their dreams of opening a brewery, and Eppig Brewing was reborn. To celebrate the band getting together, a hoppy lager was conceived. This beer is close to Fantasia with notes of orange marmalade, Meyer lemon zest, white wine grapes, honey, and almond. “Never give up and good luck will find you.”
Hops: Hallertau Blanc, Amarillo, & Centennial
Rye India Pale Ale - 6.5% ABV
The fabled Raccoonicorn lives somewhere between the realm of myths and legends. Rarely seen, this whimsical creature only emerges in the waning days of summer. With the combined awesome powers of Devon Randall & Alexandra Nowell, this mythical being is lulled out of hiding. Filling the steel cauldron with copious amounts of rye and the aromatic flowers of Galaxy, Nelson, Vic Secret, and Strata, they were able to concoct a potion that would humble Merlin himself. The notes of tropical fruit, berries, and citrus burst from this brew in the perfect blend to please any Raccoonicorn.
West Coast Style IPA - 6.5% ABV
The sound of trumpets fills the air accompanied by aromas of citrus and pine. This summertime classic was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Burgeon Beer Company. Bursting with notes of grapefruit, guava, and pine from the generous use of Simcoe, Mosaic, and Chinook hops, enjoy these tree hugs in a can wherever you are and always remember to pack it in, pack it out.
American Sour Ale - 9.0% ABV
124 Conch St. is a pineapple American Sour Ale coming in at 9% ABV. Brewed with pineapple, lactose, & vanilla, this nostalgic beer is the home to everyone’s favorite aquatic invertebrate and was brewed in collaboration with our friends at Bottle Logic Brewing of Anaheim, California.
Hazy Triple IPA - 11.0% ABV
Sit back and relax and let the flavors of mango, pomelo, and tangelo float across your tongue like a tiny butterfly in a warm spring breeze from the generous use of these aromatic hops including Nelson Sauvin, Citra, and Mosaic.
