Pints for Pups Donation Drive and Happy Hour

It’s no secret that we love dogs here at Thorn and to celebrate these four-legged friends we are throwing another donation drive and Pints for Pups happy hour! We will be donating to Baja Dog Rescue, a non-profit, no-kill shelter which has rescued more than 6,500 pups from the streets since it was started in 2010. It’s run by a bunch of dedicated volunteers and has up to 200 dogs in the shelter at any given time and they need supplies!

From 5/25-6/10, bring any of these dog supplies to either Thorn North Park or Thorn Barrio Logan to donate to Baja Dog Rescue:

– Dog Food
– Chicken & Beef Broth
– Big Bags of White Rice
– Old Towels, Blankets, Sheets
– Antibacterial Ointments, Peroxide, Alcohol
– Q-Tips, Cotton Balls & Gauze
– Bulk Newspaper (used to line puppy pens)
– Laundry Soap, Hand Soap, Bleach
– Dog Medications (slightly expired ok)

Then on 6/10 we are throwing a Pints for Pups party at Thorn North Park where you can bring your pup, meet the Baja Dog Rescue crew, celebrate your donation efforts and help fundraise for their organization!
