Our virtual tasting events continue with our friends at Venissimo Cheese. This time we’re putting together a 4×4 Mother’s Day-themed tasting treat: four beers plus four kinds of cheese. Expert cheese monger RobbyG will join Thorn’s GM, Tom Kiely, to share fun facts about these fabulous finds. Just purchase the cheese plate (that’s perfect for two people) and the four-beer kit online, pick up your kit at Thorn Mission Hills on Saturday, then tune into the live stream on the Thorn Brewing Facebook page at 6 p.m. on Saturday, May 1, where we’ll talk about each of the four featured kinds of cheese and why we love them with each different craft beer. You can ask questions via live chat and it’s always great fun.
IMPORTANT: Your cheese plate and beer tasting kit will be ready for pickup at Thorn Brewing Mission Hills (4026 Hawk Street) on Saturday, May 1, between 12-6p only!
