Brewed by Eric O’Connor, Thorn’s original brewer and now Head of QC and Research and Development, Experienced IPA may one day be considered his magnum opus.
Flavor Profile: Bold flavors of berries and peach intermingle with slight notes of sauvignon blanc grapes, sustained by fresh aromas of a California citrus grove.
Hops: Strata, Nelson, Simcoe, Citra
