Join us at Thorn Mission Hills for a gourmet beer dinner with Palate Provisions on Sunday, November 8th at 7 pm! This is a five course dinner with each course paired specifically with one of our beers.
First Course: Smokey Beets – white balsamic, honey, goat cheese whip, fennel seed lace, arugula, peach mostarda. Paired with Black Paw Hard Seltzer Ginger.
Second Course: Curried Salmon Tartar – Harissa, curry, pickled fresno chile, dill, cucumber, mango, creme fraiche, aleppo crusted tostada. Paired with Thorn Michelada
Third Course: Kampachi & Pears – Asian pears, peppers, leche de tigre, black garlic, lemon verbena. Paired with a Hazy Pale Ale.
Fourth Course: Pulpo – octopus, aleppo, persimmon, Japanese sweet potato, charred onion. Paired with Relay IPA.
Dessert Course: Ginger Creme Caramel – Creme fraiche cremeaux, brown butter twille, raspberry. Paired with Historic Kenny’s Stout.
