This Friday, we are releasing our first pastry stout, Rosa Negra (8.5%)!
Pastry Stouts are stouts that amp up the sweet, rich, dessert side of this style of beer. Rosa Negra is brewed with ripe strawberries, dark chocolate, and vanilla to create a creamy, luscious pastry stout that is a sweet treat any time of the day.
Flavor Profile: Flavors of dark chocolate meld with the roasted malt from the stout, softened by creamy smoothness from the lactose and vanilla with a fresh pop of brightness from the strawberries at the end.
